Project
An independent hobby project for organizing public-source intelligence and legal OSINT education.
BASE INTEL is an independent hobby project created and maintained by one developer. It is my personal brainchild and an ongoing project that I plan to continue improving over time.
The platform was created to organize publicly available intelligence, global reporting, educational OSINT material, and public event data in one place.
BASE INTEL is not affiliated with any government agency, military organization, intelligence service, news organization, or law-enforcement agency.
Information displayed by BASE INTEL may be delayed, incomplete, disputed, or inaccurate. Users should always review the original source before relying on a report.
Public reporting and open data are scattered across many feeds, agencies, and publishers. BASE INTEL exists to collect public material into a readable workspace, preserve source links, and teach legal and ethical OSINT practice through the Academy.
BASE INTEL is actively maintained as a hobby. Updates arrive when time allows: bug fixes, security hardening, Academy content, and source reliability work. Quiet periods do not mean the project is abandoned. New releases continue as capacity allows.
Use BASE INTEL only with publicly available information and in line with applicable laws. Do not attempt to obtain classified, restricted, private, or illegally acquired material through this site. Do not use reports for targeting, harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose.
Review the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer pages before relying on the service.
Every report belongs to its original publisher. BASE INTEL stores and displays public items with source name, original URL, publication time, and ingestion time. Do not treat aggregated reports as original BASE INTEL journalism. Always open the original source before acting on a claim.
Helpful contributions stay in the open and public domain. Do not send private intelligence or sensitive personal data.
Join the community to report bugs, suggest improvements, discuss public-source intelligence, or ask about helping with development.
Join the BASE INTEL DiscordNever share classified, restricted, private, illegally obtained, or personally identifying information.
